Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and all sales of goods by (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We may update them at any time.

2. Age Restriction It is illegal to sell alcohol to persons under 18 in Hong Kong. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years or older. We may require age verification on delivery or collection.

3. Orders and Contracts All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. A contract forms only when we send you an order confirmation and receive full payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

4. Prices and Payment Prices are in Hong Kong Dollars and subject to change without notice. All payments must be made in full before dispatch. We accept FPS, Bank Transfer, Credit and Debit Card payments via AirWallex.

 

5. Delivery Delivery times are estimates only. Risk passes to you upon delivery. You must inspect goods immediately and report any damage or shortfall at the time of delivery.

 

6. Returns and Refunds All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the goods are faulty, damaged on delivery, or do not match the description, in line with the Sale of Goods Ordinance. Claims must be made within with proof. We do not accept returns for change of mind or wine faults like cork taint unless agreed otherwise.

 

7. Product Descriptions We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or vintages are error-free. Wine is a natural product and minor variations are expected.

 

8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.

 

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
